BioWare's flagship fantasy tale gets a new entry with the Australian retail release of Dragon Age: Inquisition on November 20. A sequel to Dragon Age II, the open-world game marks the third main instalment in the Dragon Age series.

Players are able to import saves states from previous game via Dragon Age Keep, a free service which allows the creation of a customized world state to use in Inquisition. Dragon Age Keep incorporates the results of over 300 key decisions so that players can recreate their story however they see fit.

The game has received high praised in GameSpot's review, commended for the thematic ties in its fantasy world. For more on what everyone else is saying about the game, check out our review roundup.

If your preference for open-world adventures lie with the more gun-toting variety, Ubisoft's Far Cry 4 hits shelves this week. The game is set in a fictional region inspired by the Himalayas. According to the developer, Far Cry 4 should take about 35 hours to finish.

As well as guns, players will also be able to weaponize the wildlife, from riding elephants to using snow leopards to gain advantage in combat. The game also introduces multiplayer co-operative play, a first for the Far Cry series. Haven't been keeping up with the game's pre-release information? We round up everything you need to know before picking it up.

On the other end of the spectrum, Pokemon fans apparently still have more to catch, with the release of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The games are remakes of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire respectively, although they feature more than just a visual upgrade. For more details on games out this week, check the full list below.

I'm going to hold off on far cry 4 as watch dogs and unity were somewhat disappointing.

Avatar image for Ayzed

F*ck yeah I'm gonna get both of these. I'm pretty confident they won't disappoint like Unity did.

<< LINK REMOVED >> You're confident an Ubisoft game won't be disappointing like that Ubisoft game was? :D

I wondering how many of these games run smooth on release.

I might consider getting WWE 2K15 if I hear some positive things about it. Not sure if I'm gonna have money though since I'm getting the new 3DS on Friday. Not interested at all in anything else this week.

I would hold off on Farcry and wait for gamer/sites reviews. Ubisoft has been releasing garbage lately.

Almost there, almost there. Once those two games drop I can finally move on from Destiny and never look back. As much as it pains me admit it, I haven't looked forward to a gamedrop like this since Duke Nukem Whose Name Should Not Be Spoken. Yes, a Harry Potter reference... and no, I am not ashamed.

As a child growing up I always wanted to ride an elephant. As an adult I got my wish, I ride my overweight wife.
