Artifact Entertainment has revealed information about a new underwater race that will be featured in its upcoming online role-playing game, Horizons. The new race and the previously announced underwater race known as the lamurians will be released several months after the game's initial release so as not to interfere with the release schedule. According to the developers, the decision to add a new underwater race was made in order to take advantage of the game's large underwater playable area. Another reason for releasing the underwater races after the game's initial launch is to demonstrate how the game was designed to grow over time through free large-scale game enhancements.
