Ape Escape 2 coming in July
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's ape-capturing action game will be on store shelves this summer.
Ubi Soft has announced that Ape Escape 2 for the PlayStation 2 will be available in North America on July 1. Originally developed and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in Japan, Ape Escape 2 lets players take on the role of Jimmy, who has to run around dozens of environments in order to capture the monkeys that have escaped from the park. While he'll have only a net and a club initially, Jimmy will be able to use several different devices later on in the game that will increase his ape-nabbing skills.
