Microsoft is auctioning off a rare white Xbox One on eBay to support the Wounded Warrior Project, a charity that aims to raise awareness for the needs of injured service members. The eBay auction went live on Monday, Veterans Day in the United States. The current high bid is $11,100.

The white Xbox One is the same limited edition that will be given to all Microsoft IEB employees. It will not be sold anywhere else. The winning bidder will not only receive the exclusive Xbox One, but also one year of Xbox Live and copies of first-party launch titles Forza 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, and Crimson Dragon.

The special white Xbox One features a matching white controller, as well as the inscription "I Made This" at the right of the disc tray. Also included with the system are exclusive Day One and Launch Team achievements.

100 percent of proceeds from the auction, open to U.S. resident only and closing November 18, will go to the Wounded Warrior Project. Microsoft previously donated a white Xbox One to the UK charity GamesAid, which was sold on eBay for around $8,000. Suspicious bidding activity forced the listing to end sooner than planned.

The Xbox One will be released across the world on November 22 for $500. The only available color configuration for launch is jet black.
