All PS4 Owners Can Play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Second Beta

The upcoming beta test drops its preorder requirement on PS4.

Everyone on PlayStation 4 will have access to the upcoming second beta test for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Activision announced today.

Activision had originally said that you would need to preorder (or otherwise secure a code online) in order to access the beta. That changed today, with the official Call of Duty Twitter account revealing the change for the second beta weekend.

The preorder requirement apparently remains in effect for those looking to play on Xbox One, which did not have access to the first beta test. Those on PC are out of luck entirely, as there are no plans for a beta on that platform.

Infinite Warfare's first beta weekend was extended by a day after it got off to a rough start, wrapping up today instead of yesterday. The second beta begins on October 21 at 10 AM PT and runs until October 24 at the same time.
