After having qualified for two WCS AM seasons this past year, Neeb proved to be one of the most promising up and comers from the NA region. Following his period with team FXO.NA, he's been teamless up until today when fnatic announced on their website that he would become part of the team's academy roster, and will represent the organisation in international events.

Statement from Elroy 'NoName' Pinto, GM of fnatic:

Today I am very happy to add Alex to our lineup, he has been practicing and playing with us internally since his old team (FXO.NA) came to a closure some months back. In Alex we have found a strong Terran player on the cusp of making it big, in fact we are highly confident in his abilities and with the amount he has achieved with little to no support we are looking forward to his development within our Academy. While shy at first, Alex is slowly opening up and we are very happy to announce him as our latest acquisition. We know he will continue in the line of our other academy players like Hellokitty, Miniraser, Zanster, and Pink. With Fnatic we hope he will unlock his potential as a true world class player.

We at Fnatic pride ourselves on giving young talent a chance and what better way than to try and let this young player grow up in our academy. A big shout out to Alex for being so patient and understanding about our recruitment process. Everyone here at Fnatic is looking forward to a successful partnership.

Statement from Alex 'Neeb' Sunderhaft:

I am very excited to be joining Fnatic. Since I'm a committed player, this is a great opportunity for me to pursue professional gaming more seriously. Having a team for support and other people to talk to is extremely beneficial, and I feel Fnatic covers these things nicely. This new motivation will allow me to practice harder and play at a higher level than I have before. I can't wait to see what I can accomplish with Fnatic supporting me.
