Alan Wake 2 Preloading Details And Install Sizes Revealed

Here's when you can start preloading the game and how much space you'll need on your hard drive.

Comments

Alan Wake 2 launches on October 27, but ahead of that, players can now preload the much-anticipated sequel so they can get started the second it unlocks. Developer Remedy Entertainment has now confirmed when preloading begins--it's live now on consoles--and how much space the game will take up on your storage device.

Preloading began 48 hours prior to launch on Xbox and PlayStation, which means players can start preloading now. However, PC preloading will not be available on the Epic Games Store. The game is exclusive to the Epic Games Store at launch, which is no surprise given that Epic funded the development of Alan Wake 2.
