In addition, Game of Thrones Ascent has introduced new quests and made new items available to buy based around Season 5 of HBO's Game of Thrones, which premiered on April 12. Disruptor Beam is using the tagline, "Watch on Sunday, play on Monday!" to promote this content.

Game of Thrones Ascent was released in 2013 and has attracted more than 10 million players, who have together created more than 15 million characters.
