After Announcing Delay, No Man's Sky Dev Gets Death Threats

LOL, this is the stupidity of people. Making threats over a mediocre game at best. That's like me defending the Kardashians over anything, LOL

Threatening someone who is making a game that you are so excited to play you are willing to risk spending time in Shawshank seems completely insane.

Ah man nooooooooooooooooooooooo this summer is ruined, got forced into working ENTIRE summer (industry = warm) and I had this game to look forward to and now I dont. :(. Several games comming out after summer it will be like Another mashup of games, it's a wonder that one aint dead yet. I can understand why some Went crazy with the threats, tired of every damn delay of every damn game that aint BF or COD or AC, cause those Always comes out even when we dont want em to come at all.

I hope that they change their minds around 15-20 june n say EY we fixed it lets release it earlier. That would be historical and awsome.

It will get a generous 7, as you can watch Sean play 20 minutes of the game and Still not know what you're supposed to do in it.

i bet its going to be delayed again, wich is sad honestly, im one of those persons that really wants to grab this one, not to the point of sending death threats, but this series of delays has been going on for a while, hell at some point we didnt even had a launch date, he took the whole of 2015 to just announce the date... i really hope this game is good.

This game will be boring. Typical gamers getting hyped over gimmicks. The gameplay is obviously very basic and repetitive and they beat around the bush when asked about story. Do you think that having billions of planets with nothing exciting to do on them will make this a fun game ?

death threats? if anything they should be happy there is a delay. delays will give the developer time to make sure everything is working properly in the game so it will be released in a finished state instead of a buggy piece of crap like most games these days.

That's what you get for announcing the game too early. The game has been riding the hype train for some time now. When it finally releases and doesn't live up to the hype, gamers will not show sympathy to you.

I doubt it he is probably just trying to get attention for his game bet he wrote the threats himself using a fake Twitter account either that or he is making a big deal about some 12 year old troll. Everyone wants to play the victim card these days because they know hordes of blind conformist millennials will go onto social media to post displays of moral outrage providing free advertisement.

Death threats over a video game? That is really sad, and its not that serious. I get it its disappointing, I tired of gamds being delayed left and right, and don't always by that excuse that if its delay thar means a better game because that isn't always true. However, I do think devs need to learn how to keep their mouths shut until they a SURE their game is ready when they say. I do have to give this guys credit where credit is due however, they are a small team, and if they can make a game this big themselves, then there is really no excuse to what devs can do.

Gawd?! How sad people resort to threats for a 2 month delay (or any delay for that matter?). Sure I was gutted to hear I couldn't get my grubby mitts on NMS for a further few months but my world is hardly collapsing. I know most of us gamers are generally straight up individuals who are passionate about our hobby which is a good thing. Sad that those on the other end of the scale have nothing better to do, c'mon guys, take a deep breath and look at it objectively, maybe this delay is gonna be a blessing in order to go through more testing and deliver us with a more polished product. I'm looking forward to august in any case and crossing my fingers that no man's sky is as fantastic as I think it looks. Happy gaming everyone
