Activision has announced that it has secured the North American and European publishing rights to Bomberman Tournament and Pinobee: Wings of Adventure for the Game Boy Advance. The games will be developed and published in Japan by Hundson Soft. Both Bomberman Tournament and Pinobee: Wings of Adventure join Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 as North American GBA launch games.

"These games are a perfect complement to our dynamic Game Boy Advance lineup," Larry Goldberg, executive vice president at Activision Worldwide Studios, said. "Both titles take full advantage of the hardware's capabilities and have wide consumer appeal."

Bomberman Tournament features two primary modes of play--the multiplayer mode featuring classic Bomberman gameplay and the adventure mode where players quest through five worlds, interact with characters, solve puzzles, and battle mega-bosses. Pinobee is a side-scrolling platformer that lets players control a little bee through large, colorful environments. The game was developed by Artoon, which is made up of several former Sega employees.

GameSpot will have further details as they become available.
