A Glimpse at Virtual Springfield USA

Fox Interactive is getting set to send fans of Matt Groening's dysfunctional family, The Simpsons, on a trip to Springfield, USA, in its upcoming title, Virtual Springfield.

In preparation for the immersive journey, which will begin in September, Fox recently released screenshots of the upcoming title. Billed as an "experience" rather than a game, Virtual Springfield will allow players to interact with the friendly folks of America's favorite animated town. Activities will include throwing gummy bears in the theater, helping that famous TV star, Troy McClure, roll out the news, and making prank phone calls with Bart.
