A lot of games come out each year, but 2017 was especially busy. Not all games are so lucky, however, including Borderlands 3 and Dead Island 2. These games were announced or heavily hinted at in the past, maybe got trailers and gameplay, and then were largely unheard of--but not canceled.

See our gallery for the full list of this year's missing games, and let us know which ones you're looking forward to hearing more (or anything) about.
