Grab 8BitDo's Latest Retro Controller For Up To 50% Off

8BitDo spent three years recreating SNK's classic Neo Geo controller.

Several 8BitDo wireless Neo Geo controllers are on sale at Amazon during Black Friday. The biggest discounts are for the King of Fighters edition pads, such as the Terry Bogard Edition for $20 (was $40) at Amazon and the Amazon-owned retailer Woot.

Several other models are also on sale, including the standard Black Edition for 31.49 (was $35). Prices for all five of the SNK Neo Geo controllers are listed below. 8BitDo controllers in this price range very rarely receive discounts at all, so these sales are worth considering if you're nostalgic for the SNK Neo Geo gamepad.

8BitDo's authentic take on this controller features a compact design, four colorful face buttons, and a retooled version of the original click-style joystick. There's a rechargeable lithium-ion battery inside, turbo function and button layout swapping, new shoulder buttons, and a redesigned classic click-style joystick that has been out of production for many years now. It's compatible with PC, Android, and, naturally, the Neo Geo Mini in both wired and 2.4GHz wireless configurations.

"All important details have been captured and remade: the clicky feel, sound, and feeling of the original," 8BitDo said of this component. If you're a fan of retro gaming, then you'll know just how well-received the SNK Neo Geo controller was during the heyday of that console.

With a lineup of killer fighting games, action titles like Metal Slug, and cult-classic sports games, the SNK Neo Geo controller was perfect for precise control and impactful inputs with its large face buttons. Ergonomically supreme for its era, these controllers were built to last.

Along with these NeoGeo controller deals, Woot also has a phenomenal Black Friday deal on 8BitDo's new Xbox and PC wireless arcade stick.
