I want a reason to buy the Playstation Move but I heard it plays better with the Dualshock.

Wish they had awesome deals like this when I bought my PS3 over 2 years ago. $400 for the "newer" 80GB model with no bonus game. Ah well, good or the people who get opportunities like this now :P Still happy I got my PS3 a long while ago...

@destroyeur - I guess since I've had mine I don't really pay attention to the recent costs.

@tablesp00n I would say this is still quite a good deal, with a brand new game basically for free. However, I have to agree with you, it would be a good idea for them to sell a move bundle for 300 with just a 40g HD or something. Then more of the wii players would see what they're missing, which was pretty much the point of Move in the first place.

Finished KZ3 a few days ago... the SP campaign is unfortunately not too great. I still have the game on Pre-Order cos I love the MP beta, much better than CoD, imo.

I'm not a huge fan of Killzone, I don't have a PS3 but I have played the previous ones and the demo for 3 and they looked good and weren't bad games, just not for me. This is a good deal though I would say, especially for the 160GB PS3.

God, I wish SONY would just allow a break of the release date. This was one of the earliest SONY exclusives that Gamespot ever reviewed. I seriously cannot wait for this game any longer.

not really interested in this game (I'm sure it's good but I don't care for shooters), but maybe a few retailers will offer price drops on the stand alone console, if they could offer me a new PS3 along with a copy of GT5 for that price I'd jump on it.

This has great timing for me, my launch 60 gb console finally died, which I did get repaired for 70 bucks, but now the disk drive has a grinding sound, and I hear the reflow to the soder only fixes the issue temporarily for a few months, because they don't add any flux when reflowing. So I am considering plopping down the money on this since I plan to buy the game anyways, this way I'd get it for free w00t!

There are much better deals going on in major retailers. What SONY needs to do is switch its selling factor from the HD space. It's so easy and inexpensive to upgrade it with the PS3. They could take a page from M$ in this regard and push a smaller HD with MOVE. That is more value in your hand at purchase. Plus PS3 doesn't sound like a spaceship taking off playing from the disc, so the HD space is not as crucial as the 360. I am borrowing my buddies PS3 right now and I must say I am extremely impressed with the system. I will be picking up my own.

This is an excellent deal! If you don't have a PS3, you might as well get this. The game is free! The demo was sweet. And that trailer at the end was freakin' amazing! I can't wait 'till the 22nd. It'll be a sick day for me ;)

they need to address the usb shortage on the new ps3s....they should have at least 3 1 for ps3 eye . 1 for 1 charger wire and 1 for headset or keyboard

@OmegaGear The only people that buy ps2s these days are mostly parents wanting a cheap alternative to buying a system for there kids. Besides they had better packaged bundles during christmas time. Its just like the psp bundles as theres tons of those and they sit on the shelf these days. PSP needs more love lol.

Looks like its time for me to switch to slim. My ps3 has been acting funny this month anyway. Well played Sony.

@Jon_Sly People are still buying PS2s, so there's plenty of people out there to sell PS3s to, and adding incentives is the next best deal a company can offer behind a price cut.

pretty awesome but until my ps3 breaks or something wrong happens i will not be getting this and i have never played the series but im interested in playing maybe when i make time and have beaten all the other games i have

That's a really good deal. Even if you don't want kill zone 3 you can still sell it. If I didn't have a trusty old 3 year old ps3 this would be a day one for me.

i dont know about you guys but to me this is an awesome deal really you can get a brand new ps3 and get an extra epic game for the same price of a ps3 i havent seen a good deal like this in while maybe there is i dont know but anyway this is very good but too bad i already have a ps3

I don't know why they make bundles anymore, you would think if anyone really wanted a ps3 they would of gotten it by now and highly doubt killzone 3 is really worth going omfg I need a ps3 to people that don't.

Would of been nicer if the PS3 had a some sort of exclusive Killzone 3 design on the shell cover.

My Fat is acting up, im thinking of shelving it for nostalgia and grabbing up a slim, i have a huge hard drive already so all i need is the system, the game i can sell since i got the helghast edt already ordered. good deal. plus i have a sony set up and would like to use the bravia sync features of the slim to see what it can do form my Sony 7.1 and 3D set up.

If it came with Move bundle for $99, I would buy it in a heart beat and I'm not even a huge KZ3 fan. I already have a PS3 and even though I wouldn't mind having a 160GB or 250GB PS3 Slim, my current 60GB with 100% PS1/PS2 B/C is sufficient for now. I still haven't beaten KZ2 yet, so getting KZ3 on day one is unlikely right now. I'll get it later in the year though. This is a great deal though and should help move a few more PS3. I don't see this game being as huge as GT5 or FF XIII however.

That's pretty cool but what about us loyal consumers who bought our systems years ago and for more money, how about a bone once in awhile instead of the usual shaft.

@AceCometh I dont think we'll have to worry with that, more than likely a console bundled w/ Resistance 3 will happen, also with Uncharted 3. :)

@Tzunoy Sony isn't getting desperate, they always do this with the biggest hits, Just like MS. Some people wait a while to get systems sometimes for a newer version or when a certain game releases, this just says here's a free game with your new console.
