25 Free Games Are Available Now Ahead Of Prime Day For Members

Amazon Prime Day will officially run from July 12 through July 13, but Prime members can already take advantage of a wonderful deal courtesy of Prime Gaming. As part of Amazon's recently announced Start Freeloading promotion, 25 free games are up for grabs for Prime members starting today, June 21. Even more free games will be available during Prime Day, including Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.

Start Freeloading is by far the biggest free games giveaway that Amazon has ever hosted. Each month, Amazon gives away a handful of free games to Prime members, so the retailer is practically hosting six months of giveaways within a three-week stretch. Keep in mind that June's free games for members are still available, so there's actually 31 free games on Prime Gaming.

Here's the full list of the 25 free games included in the Start Freeloading promotion right now. Amazon has given away some of these games before, so there's a chance you already have some of them in your library.

While that list includes a number of stellar games that are definitely worth checking out, the free games that will be featured during Prime Day are even more exciting. Mass Effect: Legendary Edition leads the pack of freebies that will be up for grabs July 12-13. Members will also be able to claim Grid Legends, Need for Speed Heat, Star Wars Jedi Academy, and other unannounced games during Prime Day.
