It's called an "Elite" controller, and it aims to offer "pro level precision." The wireless pad has hair trigger locks, swappable components, and button and paddle remapping.

The new controller has been designed for Xbox One and Windows 10, and is different than the slightly tweaked Xbox One controller that comes with the new 1TB Xbox One console.
