I'll stick with King of the Fighters

Art of Fighting came out years ago,and it shows. Now don't get me wrong. I do enjoy these collections of old arcade games(Metal Slug was awesome and still is)but this game just isn't fun to play anymore. Basically you get 3 games on this disc at a bargin bin price. The novelty of these games was the zoom in and out feature to follow the on-screen action. This however i found distracting. Couple this with boring background, stiff animation(only AoF1-2)and cheap gameplay thanks to broken controls and enemies that get cheap hit after cheap hit. Now,AoF3 looks very nice, and the animation is incredible. Gameplay is much better than the first 2 and everything just seems so much more polished. The only game i play on this disc now is AoF3.However,it's still no KoF or even Fatal Fury.So basically, unless you are a huge SNK fan, then wait till Fatal Fury Collection comes out next month,or play KoF. You'll be much better off.
