Arc Rise Fantasia is simply the best RPG on Wii !
PROS
The story contains a lot of drama and humor likes any other JRPG and Im loving it. I like the fact that everybody, heroes and villains, are not really sure wich clan to be in. I have no idea what will comes next during my gameplay and it's a rare feeling ive experienced with rpgs.
The characters are my fav. part like mostly any other rpgs. I like all of them! Well... almost. Cecille is a bit annoying like any other kid character and Ryfia is really really dumb but otherwise, the team is badass. I especially love main hero, L'Arc, Rastan, Serge, Leslie and Niko. They all have a nice personnality and it is rlly important to me in an rpg game.
The battle system is magnificient. Its fresh, flashy and entertening. Boss battles are rlly hard and normal fights are a bit too easy but not all of them.
The soundtrack is excellent so far. I love all tunes they put in the game,
especially Boss Theme.
CONS
The voice actors are really not memorable like everyone is saying. After spending more time playing, you will forget the strange voice acting. IT IS REALLY NOT THAT BAD (Voice acting).
The graphics are not bad for Wii system but not great too. You compared it to an other Wii rpg, "Tales of Symphonia: DoTNW" and you see the difference between both games. ToS is way beautiful. At least, ARF have a lot of great colours effects and I liked it.
In the end, Arc Rise Fantasia is a must buy for any RPG fan. Seriously, it contains everything you need from this kind of game, great memorable cast of characters, awesome music, enterteining battle system and a story thay will suck you in.
Don't hesitate like I did. I waited 3 months before finally buying the game and I regret it. It's so great !
