Here is a real honest review of this amazing game

First off, i cannot stress enough that this game is very very good! I will make this quick because i need to get back to playing it!

Graphics: The game is goregous and each planet has huge exploration qualities. The daytime looks great the way the sun reflects off the water and through the trees above you. But nightime in the jungle has to be the coolest thing, for some reason your foot prints and other creatures footprints glow at night which is very cool. The sight distance is very far and there are no blured details. The plants and creatures look great, the plants move in the wind and when you walk through them, also the vehicles are great looking too.

Gameplay: Played a short time as an avatar and it was cool how the perspective of the game changed such as the abilities you can use. I am playing through the games as a soldier because i like using the guns.

Okay, so the game is free-roam, you can choose to just explore the planet you are on and level up and so on. Key elements of the game are that you have special abilites that help you to survive the deadly planets you will travel to, these consist of healing yourself, increased damage for a short while, short burst of speed and much more. These are improves and obtained when you level up. The leveling system is simple, you kill wildlife, plants, complete missions and there are special achievements you recieve when you complete a given task, which also yield exprience points. When you level up you will gain the next "pack", these packs may have new armor, weapons, weapon improvements and new abilities. You do see your character wear the new armor and can choose from all of the ones you have unlocked. You can only carry 3 main weapons and your duel pistols that never run out of ammo. As for your abilities, you can hold up to 4. You can choose which of both from the menu and change at anytime. Moving on, as you defeat plants, enemies, creatures, sometimes they will drop a "sample", if you collect enough of these you will gain a recharge which you have the choice to use if you are in the process of dying, which will revive you. You fly and drive vehicles as a human and ride and fly animals as an avatar. I honestly dont know what Gamespot is talking about, the vehicles for both characters are awesome and the controls couldnt mean more tight, same goes for controling the characters. Lastly, you never have to worry about saving, the game auto saves after everything you do! Even exiting the pause menu and when you quit! The only real complaint that i have is that you will die from jumping off heights of more that 5 feet..sometimes you do and sometimes you dont. But it doesnt bother me all that much. Really, dont listen to what professional reviewers say, they dont always take their time and give a fair review. If i did i wouldnt have experienced this amazing game and dozen of others! Do not miss out of this amazing experience as a gamer!! As for the score and review from Gamespot..i dont know what to say..maybe they wrote the review from the Xbox 360 version..haha. OUT WITH A BANG

**UPDATE** Playing as the avatar, you will die a lot because everything is so much stronger than you, bumped the score down because of this big pain. Didnt even finish that part of the game, but the military campaign is great..!
