once you play this game, YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR SOUL!
it has the same premise, you start off in a town (which you can call whatever you like) and play as a cute boy and girl.
you then meet Tom Nook and he gives you a house and a huge loan to pay off. Everytime you pay off one loan, he makes your house bigger the next day and gives you a bigger loan to pay off.
You also become friends with the towns people (which are animals) and often do challenges like who can catch the biggest fish or biggest bug. there is also a empty museum that you have to fill up with dinosaur fossils, bugs, fish and paintings and a room were you can make star constellations.
you can buy furniture for your house and design your flooring and wall design. You can also buy clothes from a shop called the Able sisters and furniture from Tom Nooks store (which upgrades three times depending on how much you buy. The final store doesn't upgrade until you have a friend visit your town and buy something from the store)
you save your game buy hopping back to your bed or pressing start in mid game.
you can catch fish at the beach, river or pond with your line and catch bugs with your net. certain bugs and fish come around at certain times and dates at certain places. the game runs on real-time by the DS clock, so you can change the dates to cheat.
this game gets addictive over time and is sutible for all ages
