Amped is a snowboarding game for the Xbox. it's not very good. first off let me say that the graphics are the highlight in this game. the graphics definitely look Xbox quality. but that pretty much sums up the good parts of this game. ok, sure the career mode is pretty good, but it's pretty easy to do the first few challenges. but, after the first few, the difficulty meter swings so far back in the other direction, it's really surprising. the audio in this game isn't really good, either. the music gets repetitive after awhile, and the stuff your character says gets repetitive too(if he even says anything). overall, although the game looks really good, and the career mode is deep, in some ways, it's way too sim-like. the only people that should buy this game are hardcore simulation snowboard fans. for the rest of us, i would suggest you rent it.
