While it's better than the lame SSX, it still isn't what it could be. The game, for me really didn't live up to it's potential. Now, the developers did improve on many things from the first game one glaring problem they somehow looked over, is the horrible physics system. It's really, really bad. Hit a tree and you bounce all over the place. I know that if you hit something, there should be a consequence, but when you are riding by something and you bounce way out of the way, it can be very frustrating. One other thing they could have thought out a little more is the many uses of the left analog stick. Sometimes when you just want to do a plain spin, you end up doing a front/back flip and this can also be extremely aggrivating when you are trying to beat one of the levels and you lose all your points or the level because you started to a random back flip. Even with these things the game is fun and can be very rewarding when you finally beat one of the tougher levels later in the game. Overall the game is fun and worth a try.
