Solid baseball game with a lot of features.

User Rating: 9.5 | All-Star Baseball 2000 N64
Sometimes experts wont give certain games the ratings they deserve and its a shame. Thats maybe because not many people played the game, I dunno. All Star Baseball was a great game, even if you play it now [2008] you'll find it worth playing.
Gamespot should've rated this game better. This is a solid game, with a GREAT gameplay, elegant TV-like camera cuts, and an environment that feels real. By 2000 this game was the best out there. It wasn't a joke like most baseball games; no exaggerations, no players running faster than they should, batting harder than they should [or less], it was a REAL simiulation, it was just right. The pitching/batting system was great as well. You HAD to be accurate to pitch, or when batting the ball, it wasn't that automatic crap most games come with. Awsome graphics, no face details on the players of course, since it was for the N64, but the textures looked nice. Me and my friends had a lotta fun with this game back in 2000. This game was is excellent. No more to say.
