Alex the Kidd rocks the sega master system 2 as a platformer!
The graphics for its age were brilliant with the added effect of bright colours and a solid frame for you to find your way around the levels of this game. The simple character used you could more or less say was the gateway for nintendo and their character mascot the mario brothers.
You travel through colourful worlds with lots of interesting enemies to take on and a fair few puzzles to combat you and get you through the game. Ok so it was hardly rocket science and it was more or less based on your own common sense as to how each puzzle would be solved.
The storyline for its time was alright could of done with being a little bit longer or more or less a little bit more descriptive but for the console it was brought out on and the age of the game it could certainly give most platformers out these days and ages a run for its money I reckon this game is a must play for all in the gaming world.
