This is a fun game thats worth picking up

Graphics: The graphics are 2D for the most part with your villagers cpnsisting of small people who can do such actions as cutting wood and Mining Gold and Stone to Building Houses, Running Farms, Hunting for Food, Fishing , And many Many more actions but for whats its worth the graphics get the job done and it along with the rest of the game has to be what drives you to play through the game as much as humanly possible.
Sound: The sound in the game is just good. it has all the sounds as they should be from the roar of a lion to the clinging of swords as you meet rival armies and the swishing of arrows as your archor shoots has arrow through the air at a rival soldier. there is the sound of horses trotting as they move villagers have a strange somewhat nonunderstandable noise that seems to be how they communicate and get by day to day. the sound is just so great and it really blows my mind how accurate things sound and it would just take forever to explain the in depth nature of the sound.
Control: the games controls are pretty simple left click to choose someone and right click where you want them to do or on what you want them to mine or cut down or build, or anything really. The entire game seems to take seemless tasks and somehow make them seemlessly in depth in a good way and thats what i love most about the game.
Gameplay: The gameplay is where the meat and bones of the game are. you choose a villager to build you a house and have some others build a town center and thats really just the start of things from there you want to build a barracks so you can build an army. and then you build a farm some more houses a market and so forth and you then buiold your army to defend your city of villagers who shhould be mining golld and stone and hunting and cutting wood all so you can eat, build more structures and so on and so forth the game can get very addictive very quick and as I have stated many times before it is very In Depth and even if you have only a few minutes on your hand you will like this game and find yourself most likely wasting as much time as you can on this game just for the simple fact the gameplay is so simple and addictive all while somehow being very in depth at its core.So in a nutshell the gameplay is addictive and easy and in depth just like the rest of the game. so in this review I will do something new my One Word Description.

My Opinion: This game is very fun and Very addictive and I see myself playing it for a very long time.

Extra Notes: you can find the collectors edition at walmart and or target for just over 10 bucks and it comes with AOE 1 AND AOE 1 RISE OF ROME along with AOE 2 AGE OF KINGS and AOE 2 THE CONQUERERS so if you see it go ahead and pick it up.
