No other game can make me sit for 10 hours straight, and plan the strategy out on paper.

Age of empires 3 is a classic return of the tried and tested success formula of the previous games. The graphics are very beautiful and the home town setting in this game makes you feel like you are actually developing a... Read Full Review

Many tweaks to the AoE2 makes a faster, more streamlined game

Ensemble Studios set the bar high after making 'Age of Empires 2: The Age of Kings' which is highly regarded as a classic by a surprising amount of people. Any changes to the formula would be put under scrutiny and woul... Read Full Review

    good RTS

I am not much for RTS games but AOE is pretty cool and the civilizations are mostly balanced (except the british, they are OP) while still maintaining good variation. Buy the game, its worth it even though its no longer ... Read Full Review

Age of Empires III was the near-culmination of the series' designs, especially in terms of visuals.

A great game and a welcome addition to the series, but did it surpass AOE II?

Age of Empires III was the logical next step for the series and adds some great new features to the formula used in the past. Unfortunately, however, I did not find it as enjoyable as some of the older games carrying the... Read Full Review

Review on AOE 3 vs. AOE 2 - How AOE 3 does not compare

Recently, I played AOE Online. What a shame. The online mechanics don't work very well, the non-free price seems like a facebook game app knock off, and it just doesn't feel like an AOE game overall. But this review i... Read Full Review
