Don't have to be an Afro fan to enjoy this fun game!
First, the cell shading is done really well, the game looks nice.
Second, the most important part of a game, is it has to be fun! The sword play and the time slow down feature is great and easy to use, there is a HUGE variety of combos which are fun and easy for the novice and the well skilled player will enjoy the stringing together of more combos for a bloodier screen!
There is leveling up, which always is a good feature in a game.
Another fun feature is finding crows (yes the birds) throughout each level which will unlock sick devastating moves!
Basically, the fighting is fun, the killing and dismembering is fun, the graphics are its own style of very well done cell shading.
The point: Get it, its a fun game that looks nice as you play it. The one and only hang up I have encountered so far, which basically is always the complaint of any game with a complaint, is the camera. But, its not the big of a fault compared to other games, at least I have adapted to it rather quickly and it has not taken away from the enjoyment of the game at all for me, basically: up is up, down is down, left is right, and right is left. You'll get used to it.
One last good point, the music in it is great!
