Action Girlz Racing makes Anubis II look like Spike VGA winner.

So after a port from the PC to PS2, Data Design was ready to make somewhat more cash by porting Action Girls, oh wait, Action GIRLZ Racing to the Wii. Okay, what's with the obsession with replacing s with z? Was the title not exciting enough? Whatever, here's my quick review.

I'm just gonna skip this part because Action Girlz Racing has no story to it at all.

So Gameplay wise this game was DREADFUL. You see, this game already had two strikes for me when I decided to rent it, one was the title, and the other was that it was made by Data Design. Honestly, Data Design should just be banned from making these awful Wii ports, there's barely any work put into them. Well let's start with controls. To move your car, just tilt the remote left and right while it is on it's side, just like Mario Kart! (Side note-Almost everything in this game is copied from Mario Kart.) But the driving mechanics are so slippery! True, they can get to where you'll get used to them, but still! Power-ups are just another rip-off, like the turbo boost felt like it was just a gentle push! The rotating mirrors was a rip-off of the rotating shells! Plus, they don't even work! They stay around you for about a second then disappear! They're just useless. What Data Design was thinking when they didn't give a waypoint on where to go is beyond me. It's true! On the first track I didn't know I was supposed to bust through those doors and know that they would open! There was no direction in this game at all. Also, when I crashed into the doors that looked like they could be opened, they would stay still, they're just the background. Most of the tracks in the game where extremely bad! The environments look great! It's just the way they were designed, just kept expecting us to keep doing these impossible tight turns! AGH! This game is just, horrible!

Sound is repetitive and boring, thankfully I can turn it off. Graphics look like, you guessed it, A POORLY MADE PC GAME!

Please don't buy or rent this game, as you'll probably just bust your TV with the remote.

Goods-Environments looked decent, Sound can be turned off

Bads-Bad driving controls, useless power-ups, poor track design, no waypoint direction
