You've got to be kidding me... Come on 50.

Well if you must know, I love 50 Cent's music, but as far as the game is concerned, that's about all there is to like about this game.

In the beginning, you start out as 50 and just chillin in your hood. You then get sprayed with bullets (the infamous 9 shots) and start your almost Holy Grail quest to find out who took you down.

When you first look at the game, the overall graphics look fairly impressive. Not only that, but the designers got together the who crew of G-Unit such as Eminem (The Real Slim Shady) Dr. Dre, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo to help you in your knight like quest. And if that wasn't enough, a laundry list of G-Units music (mainly 50) is put together beautifully in one harmonious accord. You even get lucky with real guns from 9 mm to AK-47 to take out your enemies.... But that's where the praise ends.

Where the game begins its lackluster feel is literally after the end of the game. There's only 12 levels (despite the fact that the designers were going for 9 to represent the famous shots) and the levels are short, simple, and to the point. Most of them pretty much ask you to go here, take out this guy here, maybe do a small side mission like picking up a certain item for someone, and finish the level in time for dinner. The levels do get frustrating at times because you end up turning around so many corners to get where you are to find the side mission or whatever you're doing, despite the fact that each level is smaller than a playground sandbox.

And the difficulty levels are outrageous. The easies level will allow you to get done faster than you can say GGG-Unit! Aside from all that, when you go back to your hood, there is no free roam. You're pretty much stuck to your block and that's it. You can go to the theater where you can buy combat upgrades to take weapon away from your enemy faster, Dr. Dre's van where you can buy more guns, and Tony Yayo's car truck where you get G-Unit music and film clips.

I would have found more interest in this game if it would've A) been longer, B) had a deeper plot and C) more free roam instead of the sand box effect. But just for your knowledge, rent this before you buy.
