Check Out New Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice Photos

The first of next year's big superhero films will be Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is directed by Man of Steel's Zack Snyder and will see Ben Affleck make his debut as Batman. Now Total Film, via Gamesradar, have published some exclusive images from the movie. Check them out below:

Snyder also talked to Total Film about the hotly anticipated picture, which pits the two iconic heroes against one another. "You kind of have to understand both of their point of views," he said. "I think you're sympathetic to both, in a weird way. It's inevitable, like two trains heading at each other on the same track."

Earlier this week, Dawn of Justice producer David Goyer discussed his excitement about getting to work on the project, and how it tapped into his childhood love of the comics. "I think just the kind of giddiness in being a kid that grew up going to the comic book store every Saturday and reading comic books in which these two epic characters clashed," he told Collider. "Just the fact that I got to be involved in something like that is crazy. Much less that I got to be involved in two cinematic iterations of Batman is also crazy."

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will open on March 25, 2016. It also stars Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, with support from Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Jeremy Irons, and Laurence Fishburne.
