Under the radar, and one of the best DS games out right now.
That's right people, Front Mission DS. Don't be put off by its old-school graphics or gameplay, this is one of the best strategy games on the market right now. A gently altered port from the Super Famicom, Front Mission ... Read Full Review

Its gameplay has not aged well and its story is relatively boring for a title from SquareSoft.
INTRO:SquareSoft may have been known for some great achievements, such as the first Final Fantasy. However, it has also made many flukes, such as the games before the first Final Fantasy. Yet, even after that seminal wor... Read Full Review

I dig giant robots, you dig giant robots, chicks dig giant robots.
This is a port of a 12 year old game originally released on the Super Famicom. You'd think something of that era would look dated and drab. While the graphics are not anything that would blow you away, this little gem oo... Read Full Review

Awsome addictive stategy game.
Don't let the ancient 16 bit graphics turn you off. This is a great game. The way it's set up you actually have two storylines to follow giving this game instant replayability right off the bat. Both stories are well ... Read Full Review

Im really leaning towards an 8 on this one but the lack of DS specific updates just holds it back from that score
I love this game, I remember playing the SNES version years ago when it came out and thought it was fantastic. Solid strategy, good story, GIANT ROBOTS!!!. Whats not to like? If you are a fan of turn based strategy games... Read Full Review

Every bit as awkward and clunky as the giant robots its based upon.
Giant Robots + Strategy RPG = Fun. . . . right? I was looking forward to playing FRONT MISSION on my new Nintendo DS. After all, that above equation seemed like an axiom of gaming if there ever was one. Though I wa... Read Full Review

With good tactical combat and plenty of customization options, Front Mission should keep you busy for quite a while.
Front Mission is for anyone who likes Final Fantasy Tactics. It's not really a war game, it's your typical strategy RPG, but without the typical fantasy theme. The story focuses on the conflict of two world superpower... Read Full Review

A good buy
If you are a fan of Age of Empires or Advance Wars, this game should be right up your alley. The thing that sets this game apart from the two other games is the customization of your units. Your machines can be tinkered ... Read Full Review
