Yeah its a text based adventure game. But its also hilarious, difficult and frustrating as hell!

You start in front of a house and are expected to go into the house and get a sword kill a troll and so forth. The adventure has no plot what so ever and the goal of the game is unknown to you the whole time and that can be REALLY annoying. Thank god for the many online guides who will take you step by step through your magical adventure!

Just wandering about or messing around with different commands such as "bite self" or "talk to yourself" can amuse you for quite a while as most of the Zork writing is pretty clever.

Its actually a free game now you can play just by Google-ing the name.

The only advise I can give you is when it says "Its pitch black and your likely to be eaten by a Grue" It means it. Whatever a Grue is... it killed me ten times.
