Not given the attention it needed in development ZOE gives too little

As it is well know Hideo Kojima was producer of this game but did it parallel to Metal Gear Solid 2 so it obviously did not get his full commitment. A game loosely based on mech-battles from Metal Gear, ZOE does have a very intriguing story line about morality. ZOE plays very well its controls are very ideal (except a little towards the end were no matter what you do you revert to button bashing) but aside from that the idea of flying and battling works well. The graphics have a very anime-style to its graphics, the surroundings arn't bad but usually you won't have time to admire them. The voice acting is fantastic just like from the Metal Gear Solid games and the music seems to fit the game very well. The game is unfortunately short and feels even shorter as when it seems the game is just getting into its stride it ends and not much replay value either. This game still deserves some respect and a place on people's shelves none the less and definitely tells you that bigger things will come of this concept.
