So how is naked jehuty stronger then ver 2

I mean naked jehuty is like a Jehuty without its armor, so how does it make it better then all of the other forms of Jehuty?

Your forgetting that Naked Jehuty is basically Jehuty that had absorbed some of Anubis' functionality, thus it became a part of the key to activating Aumaan (the cutscene and transformation triggers as soon as you beat Anubis in the 2nd fight, and I recall Anubis gave off a red aura which Jehuty then absorbed). Kinda like how the "skeletal" Anubis is more powerful than the normal armored version, since it has also been "accepted" by Aumaan as a key.

that doesn't make sense because I mean Jehuty gets a huge boost like infinite sub weapons, and if ADA knew about this wouldn't she be like ok take off the armor and lets own some orbital frames.

I think Jehuty absorbed Anubis' unspecified program after the fight and power up, just like when the zero shift program settled down. The armor is just visual I guess, nothing to do with its capabilities. Maybe that's why when the Jehuty's SSA kicked in, it didn't restore Jehuty back to its original look.

wouldn't jehuty's defense be weaker then and it doesn't really explain how Jehuty got a huge boost of power which people are saying it came from Anubis. But let say Jehuty ver 2 was never damage and beated Anubis and absorb some of parts of it, then wouldn't Jehuty be super strong with the OPTIONs if it was still floating around it.

I think it might be more like Evangelion, where the 'armor' is actually restrictions put in place to prevent the unit from using its full potential and destroying the planet. When EVA-01 purges its armor it gets ridiculously powerful.
Naked Jehuty appears to do the same thing.

And before you say again "why didn't ADA do it earlier?", remember NAKED Jehuty's transformation stems from whatever ADA absorbed from Anubis.
Kojima also confirmed before that his inspiration for Orbital Frames stems from the Evangelion units, so just think of it that NAKED Jehuty form is just Kojima's little shout-out to Evangelion in-game especially since NAKED Jehuty's grab attack becomes EVA like (eating/munching off enemies).

That's dumb, especially when there's absolutely nothing to support it.
It's pretty clear that the cause is actually Jehuty's SSA trying to compensate for how messed up it was.

I don't think Kojima said that. Is there any links? I've been following ZOE ever since the 2nd runner and out of so many interviews and articles I've read, there was never any mention about Evagelion or EVA units.

It is on one of the issues of PSM that covers Zone of the Enders 2. I can't recall the issue number, but it includes a demo disk that includes "WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth" (disk cover was Triple H) and a review about "Yu GI OH: Duelist of Roses". I would like to put a photo, but my copy of the issue was already "lent"/given to a friend of mine back at highschool, and it is really hard to track down back-issues or scanned copies of an already "out-of-print" magazine.
Anyway just to narrate, Kojima talked about his inspiration for the Zone of the Enders series and he stated "I was inspired by mecha and robot animes, most specifically the EVA units for the ZoE series", as well as his aim for ZoE2 "was to create a game that looked and played like a PS3 game".

I have to agree. If there was an interview where he straight-up said that ZoE was inspired by Evangelion I didn't see it or read it. Not to mention I tried looking for such an interview not only in English but in Japanese as well and came up empty. He mentions generic 'robot anime' stuff but doesn't name names.
However... that doesn't mean we don't have clues to his inspiration...

Seem like I'm the only person who thinks that Eva is just a meh mecha anime. I've yet to watch the first 2 new movies but the original anime and the alternate ending movie were only so-so IMO.
The idea of armor being a limiter is cool but Jehuty isn't some sort of super mecha that needs to be restricted to begin with. Stated by Lloyd, both Jehuty and Anubis have the same performance capabilities. What's lacking is just the Zero Shift program so there isn't any 'limiter' that needs to be placed on Jehuty to restrict its power.
