When will they patch framerate for the ps3?

I know people will get mad at this question but I still love the game the way it is but the framerate is supposed to be 60 fps and I know for a fact it not running that fast I just hope konami makes the patch to fix the problem.

Hello..

Until now, no specific date is announced and we've been hoping for a patch as well. You can report your experience with the game to Konami or High Voltage Software so that they acknowledge the frame rate issues.
