How to save?

Forgive me for my ignorance but how do you save? I can't find that option anywhere.

In the safehouse, go to the bed and you can save there. There are also times outside of the safehouse where you can find a bed to save in as well.

Find a bed. There's one in the safehouse, and there are multiple Raven of Dee sanctuaries that have one.

As stated you save by using the bed, there are times though that it states that it's not safe to sleep which means that there is a survivor zombie in the safe house which you have to kill before you can save.
