Where can I find the hidden passwords for the lounge and infirmary?

does anyone know the solutions to the puzzles to obtain the Hidden Passwords for the Lounge and Infirmary? I can only get the Escape Passwords.

If someone can tell me what I have to do obtain the two hidden passwords, I'd really appreciate that.

Lounge - Solve the puzzle in the bartender's journal, put the drinks on the coasters in the correct order.

Infirmary - Compare the "Plaid Fabric" to another 5x5 grid with shapes, and enter the new pass-code into the drawer.
