almost didn't like it at first. the combat definitely could be better and the super short level format is a little disjointed...but the bizarre and beautiful atmosphere just sucks me in. very nice visually, with fitting music. despite the pretty basic gameplay it got a lot more fun as I got into it. good for one or two nights of fun at the very least.

I see a lot of people upset that this isn't the huge epic genre breaking masterpiece they seemed to think it was going to be and comparing it to games like Dark Messiah for some reason...but come on...this is a small independent bargain priced source engine game...if they were charging full price for this game I would maybe be upset too, but for only $15 it's pretty nice.

hopefully the creators will learn from their mistakes here and have a smoother and deeper game next time, in which case it will probably be amazing.
