Zelda 2 the adventure of Link has been entertaining me for years so when i heard that a portable versoin was being released I got it right away. In the beginning of the game the first thing you will notice is that the game is mostly side-scrolling, which is why many where disappointed in the game. Also you may see that Zelda 2 experimented with getting experience to train link as you go through the game. You will find a suprising challenge that the monsters will present you in the beggining that may be somewhat too hard for some but as you get along you pick up experience and then the game gets to be great. Now you can go find palaces, hidden caves, or just fight some monsters for experience. Each palace has a boss just like in all Zelda games. The graphics, in my mine are great for an 8-bit game. Remember while playing this game it is a nes game so don't put the graphics up to modern day standards. This game is a classic master piece and anyone willing to give this game an honest shot will find that Zelda 2 is every bit as good as any other Zelda.
