Okay, first I'll just start by saying I am NOT a fan of GX, I like the original characters much better, but hey they aren't in this one. In fact NONE of the characters are, you don't duel characters, you duel themed monster decks. Which is actually a nice break, (since duel academy is a real pain in the @$$) cause it can actually help you in learning what card combo's go good together and lets you see differently structured decks. There are also a bevy of challenges to unlock, the most difficult ones being the Limited duels, which once you have the minimum amount of cards needed are unlocked, and I do mean minimum. Some shouldn't even be attempted until you have more cards in your inventory. There are so many booster packs to choose from some based on actual boosters are some based on themes, and there are so many cards....so so many cards. The only down side is the duel points system when using the password machine, some cost so many points. If you are a fan of the card game then you'll love this one, don't pass it up. I'm still playing this one.
