Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Duel Academy User Review
As a fan of the card game and video games, worth playing! You won't be disappointed!

- Difficulty:
- Just Right
- Time Spent:
- 20 to 40 Hours
- The Bottom Line:
- "Solid"
Once you start the game you will have some of the cards from the pryo structure deck like Blazing Impachi, backfire, ultimate baseball kid, and many other cards. You can't get any good cards from the shop so I suggest you save your money for the password machine. The cards that you can get from the password machine are from lost millennium, Cybernetic Revolutions, Flaming Eternity and the old packs like Magic Ruler, Metal Raiders and so forth.
The three cards that come with the game are Winged Kuriboh, Hero Ring, and Elemental Hero Necroshade. If you play Yu-Gi-Oh and you have an elemental hero deck like me these cards will upgrade your deck.
There are no glitches in this game, which is really good. The characters are much different from the old series. It's more challenging which is good. There isn't much movement except for going from place to place. The configuration is OK but I don't like it when the computer draws cards for you because you may not get a good card.
The graphics are superior to most of the Yu-Gi-Oh Game Boy Advanced games.
I would say the difficulty is medium compared to Nightmare Troubadour which really wasn't that good of a game but It was fun except for the annoying duelists like Rebecca Hopkins. There is nothing like that in Yu-Gi-Oh GX except for the dorm switch.

Surprisingly fun with some nice events. Well if you're looking for a card based game i don't think it gets much better.

I thought I'd just make a quick video for Yu-Gi-Oh Stairway to the Destined Duel because it's one of the games I'm playing right now and it's pretty fun I just picked an easy opponent for this video.Posted Jun 28, 2008

I battle Marik Ishtar and win. I beat him real quickly, this was the fastest I have ever beatean him. During the battle I get a level 4 monster who I power up to have 3100 attack :). I hade to use VBA to make a video out of this game. Enjoy!Posted Jan 3, 2007
