YS rocks in all ways imaginable. If you grew up playing YS on the turbografix CD or just played alot of Zelda (SNES days) you will love this game. You can pick it up and play which is something sorely lacking without alot of games these days. I don't think I even opened the instruction manual till I was far into my second solving and that was because I wanted to read up on some of the back story. The gameplay is basic hack and slash with a little magic thrown in to boot. This game is a very relaxed play and when it is over you will find yourself missing the experience. The music is soothing, the characters are entrertaining and you'll find yourself solving it twice to find all of the event items and to see every bit you can. Anyhow, anyone still awake after reading my boring review, Thanks, I loved this game so much I thought it deserved a review. We all must now put the pressure on to get all the YS released here in the states because a Decade without one was far too long. Oh I forgot the negatives 1.) its too short and 2.) some people have trouble with the dash jump though its not required to solve the game.
