As a Vita owner im sorta determined to find this to make this sorta hopeless system worthwhile.
So to the point. This will be localised by XSeed right? And if it does, will it just go to Nrth America? Or will Europe also have it? And if EU has it will Australia get it too?
And another question, though unrelated to Celceta.
Where to find Ys Seven if i live in Australia? Is creating a US PSN account the only option and is it worth the long trouble?
Help would be nice if there was any.

It's very likely it will be localized by XSEED; it's a franchise that's seemingly done well for them, it's gotten some pretty good exposure, it wouldn't be a huge project in terms of script length and Tom's a huge Ys IV fan so if they haven't already picked the game up and just haven't announced it yet, I'm sure he's pushing for it.
As for how the game would be released, XSEED only knows but it's probably a safe bet that the only physical release would be in North America. Since the Vita is region-free you can import a copy when it comes out but other than that, you'll probably need a PSN account (I know, they made it harder to do multiple regional accounts than they needed to with the Vita). For Seven, you'll need either a US or EU PSN account to play the game in English on a Vita. Probably safer to make a US account if you also want to play Celceta via digital download rather than importing.
Now, I'll admit that I have no idea how easy or difficult it is to pay for items purchased from those accounts from Australia, might be easier than my experience of paying for Japanese PSN purchases from outside Japan but I can't imagine it would be harder.

Hey, pretty late to say thanks i know but i still have doubts.
I saw i vid on how to create a US account, and it said that you could create a fake e-mail, but wouldn't that bite me in the ass later?
Oh yea and I remember someone saying you need to also fake a credit card number, is that true? I seriously doubt that
Im quite insecure about this i know, I wanna do research on this thoroughly before doing this, pretty big risk if ya ask me, But it's not like this and the other Ys games are coming here to Australia any time soon.

You need an email address you can actually access but you don't need to use your primary one. Just make a new gmail account or whatever your free provider of choice is. Fake credit cards though? No. I'm not sure whether the US and EU services accept non-US/EU credit cards (I know the Japanese store doesn't accept US cards) but you can always purchase point cards (for whichever store you want to set up an account for) separately and then use those to make PSN purchases.

I dont understand the risk of creating whatever psn acount if your buying a game of their region, Sony must already know Europe sucks so the major will go for the US PSN so they can import and buy dlc from there, from my view of point its prety ridiculous.
Sony should also know 90% wouldnt buy Vita if they couldnt acess anything
other than the crapy Europe PSN Store... (vita sales from europeans that is)
if people create fake adress its all sony fault for not giving the consumer their usage rights
to purchase other region games and their respective dlc region bah...

It's pretty irritating that Sony doesn't just allow consumers to freely browse all regions and purchase games as they please. I have a Japanese account setup and ready to go however getting a Japan PSN card is kind of a pain, as I am not sure how reputable some of these websites that sell them are so I am waiting for a relative to return from Japan and am having him pick me up a Japan PSN card in the process. Due to the current dollar value vs. the yen it also costs about 25% more. In the end the only consequence is a restriction on consumers and loss of sales for Sony and the publishers.

I could make my friend buy me one JP PSN card in Japan since he visits me in 1 month,
but i dont feel buying another memory card and make another PSN account...

I believe that you can use the same memory card for both USA and Japan content if you wish but of course the games will not be accessible unless you are signed into the proper account, which can be annoying. So yeah my way would be to have separate memory cards and even an additional PSP (They're cheap now and will be dirt cheap fairly soon) to have each account active without having to switch.
Again it is poor business for Sony to be so restrictive in the first place where consumers have to take such measures just to give them their money and get available import games that they are interested in.

At least its not a full out region lock.
