*sigh* it's horrific.

Yoshi's Story has got to be my least favorite game of not only the Yoshi game series, but the WHOLE entire Mario franchise out of all of the games. It didn't live up to ANY of my standards at all. Let me tell you all why I think this game is so painful to even use with a control. Everything is like all toned down like ''What the beep happened here?'' compared to Yoshi's island. I honestly did not like the graphics in this game, I thought they looked ugly, annoying and sad. What happened to the cartoony graphics from Yoshi's Island? I thought they were witty, cute, and 'Yoshi' like. I alsothink the music is painful to listen to, it sounds so depressing, slow and a bit scary at times. I'd rather hear the music from Yoshi's Island because it was more upbeat and well done. The game itself is also waaay too easy and short, and the dialogue itself is very immature and babyish. The gameplay sucks too. really badly. Yoshi doesn't even move right in some ways and my fingers turned red and sore after trying to move Yoshi all those times and not having the analog stick responding. And finally, the sound affects. O.M.G! does it ever sound irritating? indeed it does, the shy guys make this noise that makes me wanna shoot the game, it's like "AINCH ahh!" or something like that, and you know how annoying Yoshi's voice sounds today in Mario games right? it came from this game. So if it wasn't for this game Yoshi wouldn't sound so irritating today. Was this game was rushed in development or something? I don't know. Whatever it is I really don't like it.

Yoshi's island is way better than this, and even the die hard Mario and Yoshi fans are going to have a hard time enjoying this game...
