you need to buy the most expensive item (or items) in every restaurant and bar, on both maps.

there are several complications - Pronto has two menus (available at different times of day), for Smile Burger you need to "eat in" and four outlets will require you to be carrying the Tokyo Ishuukan magazine to access the most expensive item (you can buy this at the convenience stores). if a place has separate food and drink menus you can skip the drinks.
