Have you checked the data section, it is already registered for release in the US there's just no release date listed.

Yes, this game will be released in The U.S.

Sadly no it has not been announced for localization so it is highly doubtful it will ever be brought over in na. It has however been announced for a eu release this september i believe. so at least theres the option of importing in english.
