The game looks great. I don't like how they just number them in rounds. What happens when they get to round 9 and 10? Thats jus gonna be weird.

Man Ali pounded on Tyson. Those knockouts look awesome especially when you can watch slow motion and watch Tyson's face turn to jelly, looks great!

The game demo looked great. But I'm not sold on the sticks. I think after playing for awhile and really getting into the fight that your thumb would get sore. It would be nice if they gave us the confg. for the buttons as an option. I guess I will have to rent it first and see how long the thumbs hold out.

I had FN3 and fought with a friend of mine with the stick option, the thumb was sore from the intensity of the fight.. He won in 5 rounds. We rematched with the button option I won in 2 rounds, with the same fighters. So arguably the buttons do have an advantage. It depends which you feel more comfotable with. Everything else on this game looks terrific!

I've played the demo last weekend, and it's the bomb. I've been used to playing fight night with the stick, and my only problem with this one is the body punches just being one flick of the stick. But, it is definitely the best boxing sim to date.

people who dont like the analog are just upset becuz they are uncontrolable spazes who cant pull of the right punch becuz they are mentally challenged. Fight Night looks amazing and sure it takes time to master the stick, but once you do, its unbeatable!

this game does not require skill. the control stick is annoying, cant throw what you want-which tends to lead to all out fight. weaving and throwing haymakers and blocking/parrying are a nuisance. the controls in FN3 were way better, all it needed was inside game, but noooooo FN4 had to start from scratch and go facebreaker on us. It became to arcade style and I have lost all respect for EA. I was a proud buyer/supporter since the Knockout King days.
Some of the fighters styles don't resemble their counterpart, like Ali/Pacman looks like a 8ft arm goomba when he fights.
The game just isn't there, especially taking away the buttons as an option. I got happy when they left the original joystick punching config, but its just as hard as adapting to the new stick style.

i played the demo, and usually im not a sim game sort of fan. the only simulator games i liked in the past have been forza and skate. ive played boxing/wrestling games before and i never liked them...but this is the first FN game ive tried and it was unbelievable. so much fun. and so sweet to look at..the graphics are truly impressive. if the entire game is as good as the demo, which it should be lol, then i will be buying this.

Just downloaded the Demo on the PSN, its great! I can't seem to find the controls I used for FNR3 though... The analog stick is interesting, but I prefer the buttons...

Ill be getting the game but I hate the look of some of the bodies, Take Hatton for instance, I know he has a joke saying he likes his pies and beers but they didnt need to make him look like that, You couldnt bend wire the shape they made his body. Looks silly.

this game is on a whole other level... just like FN3 being the first to push the xbox 360 in its time, leave it to EA to do the exact same today... amazing work, can't wait for this game.

ayyyeee uh ej, trolling is used to provoke an emotional response or to disrupt on-topic discussion. referencing someones comment and offering an alternative angle on the issue after someone outright bashes the game and tells readers not to buy it is just a continuation of discussion. sooo uh yeah...
great game... amazing physics engine. even though the parry system is gone youll see so many variables to punch contact depending entirely upon the other boxers moves. the detail is amazingggg in every assspect. oh and awesome corner game, you can totally save points for later to strategize your stats for the later rounds.
