    Yes...Yes futbol is the best sport in the world. But La Liga needs to step its game up, cuz the last few winners of the UEFA Cup have been from Serie A and the English Premier League.

    I hope they changed the scouting system on manager mode. I have a player with a double barreled korean surname who's apparently argentinian. ;P

    El_Esbirro :The reason there are no premiership scorers on the list is because they are playing against better defenders in a better league,Ibrahimob@tch is the highest paid waste of space in europe.Fernando Torres is the greatest striker in the world and im guessing you are of espanic decent so YOU should know this.

    The best league is SERIE A Calcio Italia. THE BEST team plays there JUVENTUS IRREDUCIBLI. so what are u talking about crappy leagues like la liga and premiership being the "best"?? the premiership is so stinkin ripe, no ENGLISH STRIKER can be found on the top 5 goalscorers!!! THAT SUCKS! Real madrid and barca look like the ONU! man what a class act....

    Any ways on regards to the south america, well they SHOULD put in the FUTBOL de Primera League and a couple of the other teams around the south american block that are famous...because really that's the only thing missing from FIFA. Brasil is there, but what about the argentina? what about the Copa libertadores or copa sudamericana?? who cares about MLS?? or the JAPAN league?? ...oh well, i guess it would be really nice if the southern block of america get more attention this time around!

    And NO, ProEvo 9 won't get the license, so the same name change stunt all over again.....uuffhh that's so annoying.

    people saying they should give more attention to south america because"it has some of the worlds best players" true they have bred gr8 players but this doesnt mean they should pay more attention to this region, for the leagues and cups are minute compared to the english premiership and la ligua, which ill have u know is where all ure gr8 south american players play, so why should u get more attention if all ure players play else where hmmmm hmmm ???

    I've been playing PES 2008 for over a 3 months now, and I'm frustrated to the extent that I want to burn the DVD in the trash can only because of its huge short commings!

    The World's best players and the World's sports come from South America. Pelé and Maradona the greatest of all, Ronaldo, Robinho, Ronaldinho, Romário, Kaká, Messi, Riquelme just to name a few are all from South America but we don't see any attention given to this region. I bet we are gonna see more clubs from North America than South America and it's soo sad not to see Copa Libertadores included as it's the world's most challenging competion in the world!

    EA can be real idiots - most football seasons have already started and they aren't realising their game until October? Really they don't care its just money and people are realising this and defecting to Pro Evo which is getting more and more licenses for kits and is getting closer to becoming the ultimate footie game.
