What is the best strategy for getting 200k on Train Kept A Rollin?

The main thing is to make sure you can 100% the alternating chords in the second half of the song. If you hold down the yellow note for the GY/RY set of chords, you can just focus on hitting the green or red fret when each chord comes up. Similar thing for the GB/YB chords, just hold down the blue note the whole time and change between green and yellow for the other fret.

If you can 100% this section with star power and do decently in the rest of the song, you have a good chance of getting over 200k.

Agreed. Go into practice and learn to hit the chords, and make sure you are anchoring the correct frets.
