Need for Speed Carbon continues Most Wanted story. I would recommend playing Most Wanted before playing Carbon so that you know where the story takes place.

Career - You start off with slow cars of course but as you play through the game you unlock fast cars, upgrades and exterior mods pretty fast. Game is set to territories and you have to beat races and then bosses to own those territories. In each town or city you have to face off boss at the end. You take them at the canyons. At first it isn't hard but as you play through it gets harder. Facing off last final boss can get a little frustrating. Other then that there are ton of different races like Sprint, Circuit, Speedtrap, Drift, Canyon Deuls and more races that i can't think of right now. There are cops and there levels of heat. If your car gets too hot with cops and you don't ahve a lot of money then you should probably stay away from them. If you don't have certain amount of money to pay the ticket then they will impound your car and it's gonna be game over for you.

There are other modes other then career. There are challenges that you can do starting off with bronze then silver and then gold. Silver challenges are the easiest. Silver ones are medium difficulty. Gold ones are somewhat redicilious. For example i think it was M3 vs you and you have drive a Corvette and keep up on canyon. It's almost impossible. Yes Corvette has a lot of power but it can't handle those canyon turns as well as M3. There are even challenges then you can do with your friend. You can do split screen or play over xbox live with your friend.

Back when the game came out i remember a lot of people were playing online. As of now it's hard to find someone playing Carbon on live. There are few people that are trying to get achievements.

Graphics look good on HD. Cars are well detailed. They could improve graphics on buildings, streets but oh well who cars game still looks good.

This is a must have if you if you love NFS games.. specially if you liked Most Wanted.
